There’s a term in the motorcycle world called “target fixation”.
An example would be if you’re coming into a corner and there is a rock in the road, oftentimes if you focus on the rock, you’ll hit it.
If there is a rock in the road, you should instead look at the path around the rock.
In other words… where you look (for better or worse), is where you’ll go.
What if the same applies for your life and where you point your attention?
Your thoughts? Your words? Your actions?
