I love your designs but…

I love your designs, I love the every given Sunday wisdom. I love the slogans. I have two issues though. Ok maybe three. I own I think 5 of your shirts now. This most recent one, safety second, may your friends be your biggest flex, and my favorite is the comfort is a slow death. I also rock two of your gold stickers on my bike. So I guess I’m saying I’m a huge fan of the brand.

So let’s discuss my three minor gripes. Firstly is these shirts are so so thin. I like a heart shirt. Maybe I’m getting the wrong type of shirt but I do wish they were a little thicker. Secondly you don’t sell very big of sizes. This is a common gripe I have as a bigger gentleman whose hobby is motorcycles. Just feels like if everything wasn’t too tight I would own even more of your shirts!

Lastly and most importantly is that stupid lightning bolt. I had to do a lot of research before buying anything to make sure it wasn’t a nazi SS dog whistle. I feel comfortable thinking it’s not. But the other day my son confronted me about it. Asking if this brand I love was trying to secret promote some white nationalism. I asked if it was the lightning bolts and he said yes obviously. He said it very much reads like some edgy neonazi barely hidden artwork. I assured him that wasn’t the case but since you emailed me asking how I felt about the shirt I ordered I figured I’d bring it up. So many of the sayings you put on your shirts are so awesome I love them. I just really don’t want people thinking I’m in that camp who don’t know me. All because of a tiny design element. At least they’re mostly horizontal and some have three zags instead of two. But some don’t and it’s not clear the intent.
